Important Notice to Brokers and Agents Regarding Disclosure Requirements
For agreements entered on or after August 17, MLS participants must provide a clear disclosure indicating that compensation is fully negotiable and not set by law in all listing and buyer agreements. If the listing agreement uses a government-mandated form, a separate disclosure as outlined below is adequate.
