Ben Fern

Ben Fern has been active as an agent in the real estate industry since 2005.  His initial interest in the field came in 2000 through the purchase of his first investment property.  Ben continued to acquire and rent homes until he had procured five properties; all of which he maintained and managed as soul proprietor.  As friends and family became aware of Ben's passion for real estate, they began to ask for his advice.  He found he could become a licensed agent and help them while building a successful and life-long career.

In the course of over a decade working for a larger brokerage, Ben and his partner/brother Pete, realized that a corporate name wasn't what placed families in their forever homes. Rather, it was the knowledge, honesty and outstanding customer service provided by the agents.  

As a team, both Ben and Pete joined Fish MLS Realty in 2016 and have become a great addition to our brokerage.  Ben's number one asset is his commitment to open and concise communication.  He will answer phone calls, emails and text messages as if the client is his greatest priority.  Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions that people make and he focuses on being sure they are comfortable with their choice.  When meeting with a potential client, he wants to assure them that the Fern brothers will be available when questions and concerns arise; and will continue to be there until the client is satisfied before and after the sale.
