As of the 2010 census, the population of the township was 549 people. The main communities in South Side Township include St. Augusta, Collegeville, and Luxemburg. The area is known for its farmland and scenic landscapes, as well as its proximity to St. Cloud and other larger cities in the region.

There may even be down payment assistance available.

3. Find a real estate agent that is a Realtor® - Our agents are Realtors® and have a higher code of conduct. This will help identify any issues with the property that you may not have noticed during your initial walk-through. 7. Close the sale - If the inspection goes well, we can move forward with closing the sale. This will involve signing a lot of paperwork, including the mortgage paperwork, recording of deeds, prorations, state and local taxes, title insurance and additional related loan and closing costs.
